Hello, my name is Mimi. Welcome to my site about gas and oil furnaces. My first home had an old oil furnace in the basement. I had to quickly learn how to operate and maintain that furnace to keep my house warm and toasty throughout the year. I learned how to refill the tank, change the filters and perform other important tasks. When I switched to gas, I almost missed all of those yearly tasks.
